This was intended to allow our users to report service outages where they would quickly be noticed by an administrator---even if the outage was to the wiki system. It was seldom used for this purpose, however, and now the ''identi.ca'' service has been discontinued. It's replacement service doesn't offer RSS feeds, so I've moved them here to the wiki.
